These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the REZKEY mobile application ("REZKEY", "the App") operated by Sarveka Labs Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Malaysia. By downloading, installing, or using REZKEY, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using REZKEY, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use REZKEY. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Service Description

REZKEY is a business finance management application designed for freelancers, sole proprietors, and small business owners in Malaysia. The App provides the following features:

• Income and expense tracking
• Invoice creation and management
• Receipt image capture and storage
• LHDN Borang B (Form B) category mapping and PDF generation
• Business financial reports
• Bank CSV statement import (Pro)
• OCR receipt scanning (Pro)
• Google Drive backup (Pro)

3. Free and Pro Tiers

REZKEY offers two service tiers:

The monthly transaction limit for free users resets on the 1st of each calendar month. Transactions from imported bank statements count toward the monthly limit for free users.

4. Subscription Terms

REZKEY Pro is available as a paid subscription:

• Monthly plan: RM 10 per month
• Annual plan: RM 99 per year

Subscription details:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
• Upon cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• After expiry, your account reverts to the Free tier. Your data is preserved and accessible within Free tier limits.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be directed to the respective app store:

• Apple: Request a refund from Apple
• Google: Request a refund from Google Play

We do not process refunds directly. Refund eligibility is determined by the respective app store's refund policy.

6. Not Financial or Tax Advice

Specifically:

• Borang B (Form B) category mappings are generated automatically based on your transaction categories. These mappings are approximations only and may not reflect your actual tax obligations.
• You are solely responsible for verifying all figures, categories, and calculations with a qualified accountant or tax professional before submitting any tax filings to LHDN or any other authority.
• REZKEY does not transmit any data to LHDN or any tax authority on your behalf.
• Any financial reports, summaries, or calculations generated by REZKEY are for your personal reference only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions.

7. User Responsibilities

As a user of REZKEY, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and entering transaction data
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your login with others
• Verify all Borang B figures and financial reports with a qualified professional before filing
• Take responsibility for your own tax filing and compliance with LHDN regulations
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content (including receipt images)
• Not attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use REZKEY to:

• Engage in or facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, fraud, or other illegal activities
• Generate false or misleading financial records
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' access
• Automate access to the App through bots, scrapers, or other automated means
• Circumvent the monthly transaction limit or other Free tier restrictions
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to REZKEY or its features

9. Intellectual Property

REZKEY, including its design, code, branding, illustrations, and content, is the intellectual property of Sarveka Labs Sdn. Bhd.. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal or business bookkeeping purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into REZKEY (transactions, invoices, receipts, business information). We claim no ownership over your data.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use policy
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your account has been inactive for more than 24 months
• We are required to do so by law

You may delete your account at any time from the App. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep REZKEY available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

REZKEY includes offline functionality for viewing previously loaded data. Full functionality requires an internet connection.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• REZKEY and Sarveka Labs Sdn. Bhd. are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• We are not liable for any financial loss, tax penalties, or adverse outcomes resulting from reliance on REZKEY's reports, calculations, or Borang B mappings.
• We are not liable for data loss caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including device failure, network issues, or third-party service outages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for REZKEY Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim, or RM 100, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sarveka Labs Sdn. Bhd., its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and may request account deletion.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at saran@rezkey.my. We will endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving your written complaint.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
